If you're worried about having enough experience, don't, we provide foundational training to all our consultants & project leads.

PROJECT LEAD

Lead consultant managing teams of 4-6 consultants.

You will be working on a range of projects throughout your contract period. This role gives you the opportunity to combine varying perspectives to solve unique problems.

What we look for:

Leadership experience at University level
Experience relevant to your chosen industry
Communication skills
Time management skills
Organisational skills

CONSULTANT

Working collaboratively to solve problems

In this role, we require you to be steadfast and much more hands-on with the clients - closer to the problems.

What we look for:

Consulting experience (not a requirement)
Degree specialisation according to your chosen industry/Experience relevant to your chosen industry
Critical thinking skills
Analytical skills
Problem-solving skills

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Once the project is completed, you'll receive our feedback form which allows you to choose your next steps and availability.

Once you have completed onboarding, we will assign you to a project as and when a client requires your specialisation.

If you have been accepted, we'll send you further due diligence and your contract.

Once this has been signed and checked, we'll equip you with our training modules and resources.

Send in your application through our Typeform for either one of Project Lead or Consultant. Project lead candidates will be interviewed.

We will then make our decision and update you between 2-5 working days.
